Method
- Whisk soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, cornstarch, and water in a bowl.
- Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Cook chicken pieces until golden and cooked through, about 5–6 minutes. Remove and set aside.
- Add remaining oil and stir fry green beans for 4–5 minutes.
- Add garlic and ginger and cook for 30 seconds.
- Return chicken to the pan.
- Pour sauce into the skillet and stir until thickened.
- Cook for 2–3 minutes until everything is coated.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds and green onions over the stir fry.
- Serve hot with rice or noodles.
Notes
For extra vegetables add bell peppers, broccoli, or snap peas.
