Method
- Cook rice noodles according to package instructions and drain.
- Heat oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
- Add garlic and chilies and stir-fry until fragrant.
- Add sliced beef and cook quickly until browned.
- Stir in soy sauce, oyster sauce, fish sauce, sugar, and broth.
- Add cooked noodles and toss to coat evenly.
- Add basil and sesame oil and toss briefly.
- Serve hot with optional lime juice and garnish.
Notes
Thai basil adds authentic flavor but regular basil can be used as a substitute.
