Ingredients
  

Apple Filling
  • 2 apples peeled and diced
  • 0.25 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 0.25 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp unsalted butter
Dough & Topping
  • 1 sheet puff pastry or 8 crescent triangles
  • 1 egg beaten, for egg wash
  • optional caramel sauce or powdered sugar for topping

Method
 

  1. Cook diced apples with butter, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and lemon juice until slightly soft.
  2. Roll out puff pastry and cut into squares or use crescent triangles.
  3. Place a spoonful of apple filling in center and fold over, sealing edges.
  4. Brush each bomb with beaten egg.
  5. Preheat air fryer to 350°F and cook bombs for 10–12 minutes until golden.
  6. Dust with powdered sugar or drizzle caramel before serving.

Notes

Do not overcrowd the air fryer basket for even cooking.
