Method
- Cook diced apples with butter, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and lemon juice until slightly soft.
- Roll out puff pastry and cut into squares or use crescent triangles.
- Place a spoonful of apple filling in center and fold over, sealing edges.
- Brush each bomb with beaten egg.
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F and cook bombs for 10–12 minutes until golden.
- Dust with powdered sugar or drizzle caramel before serving.
Notes
Do not overcrowd the air fryer basket for even cooking.
