  • 1 cup uncooked rice
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1.5 cups chicken broth
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Layer uncooked rice in baking dish.
  3. Mix soups, broth, onion, garlic, and spices.
  4. Pour over rice and place chicken on top.
  5. Cover and bake, then uncover to finish cooking.

Notes

Do not skip covering the dish to ensure rice cooks properly.
