Ingredients
  

Quesadilla Filling
  • 2 flour tortillas
  • 1 apple peeled and sliced
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 0.5 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese or Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp maple syrup optional
  • 1 tbsp powdered sugar for dusting

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Peel and slice the apple thinly.
  2. Cook apples with butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon until softened.
  3. Spread cream cheese or yogurt over tortillas.
  4. Add cooked apples to half of each tortilla.
  5. Fold tortillas in half.
  6. Cook in skillet until golden and crispy.
  7. Slice into wedges and dust with powdered sugar.

Notes

Serve with maple syrup or yogurt for dipping.
