Ingredients
  

Kafta
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 small onion
  • 0.5 cup fresh parsley
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp allspice
  • 0.5 tsp paprika
  • 0.5 tsp cumin
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Finely chop onion and parsley.
  2. Mix all ingredients with ground beef.
  3. Shape mixture onto skewers.
  4. Grill for 8–10 minutes until cooked.
  5. Serve with pita and tahini.

You can bake instead of grill if needed.
