  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp celery diced
  • 2 tbsp chives chopped

  • 0.125 tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. Mash avocados gently.
