Breakfast Sliders
  • 8 mini bagels sliced
  • 6 eggs
  • 4 slices cheddar cheese cut to fit
  • 6 slices bacon or sausage patties
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 1 to taste salt and pepper

Method
 

  1. Cook bacon or sausage until crispy.
  2. Whisk eggs with milk, salt, and pepper.
  3. Scramble eggs in butter until fluffy.
  4. Toast mini bagels.
  5. Layer eggs, bacon, and cheese on bagel bottoms.
  6. Add bagel tops and serve warm.

Notes

Add avocado or spinach for extra flavor.
