  • 3 pears halved and cored
  • 1 cup mixed berries
  • 0.25 cup walnuts chopped
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 0.5 tsp cinnamon
  • 0.5 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp butter or coconut oil
  • 1 pinch salt

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut pears in half and remove cores.
  3. Place pears cut-side up in a baking dish.
  4. Add butter, cinnamon, and salt.
  5. Drizzle honey mixed with vanilla over pears.
  6. Bake for 20–25 minutes until tender.
  7. Top with berries and walnuts before serving.

Notes

Serve warm with yogurt or ice cream.
