Chicken
  • 1 lb chicken breast
  • 0.5 cup flour
  • 0.5 cup cornstarch
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
Sauce
  • 0.5 cup mayonnaise
  • 0.25 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp sriracha

Method
 

  1. Coat chicken pieces in flour, egg, and breadcrumbs.
  2. Fry until golden and crispy.
  3. Mix sauce ingredients.
  4. Toss chicken with sauce.
  5. Serve immediately.

Notes

Adjust spice level by increasing or decreasing sriracha.
