Ingredients
  

Salmon
  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste
Sauce
  • 0.5 cup mayonnaise
  • 0.25 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1-2 tbsp sriracha
  • 1 tbsp honey

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Season salmon with oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix sauce ingredients until smooth.
  4. Spread sauce over salmon.
  5. Bake for 12–15 minutes until cooked through.
  6. Garnish and serve.

Notes

Adjust spice level by increasing or reducing sriracha.
