Main
  • 4 lbs pork shoulder
  • 1 tbsp sea salt
  • 1 tbsp liquid smoke

Equipment

  • Slow cooker or oven
  • Forks
  • Roasting pan

Method
 

  1. Season pork with salt and liquid smoke.
  2. Cook in slow cooker on low 8–10 hours.
  3. Shred pork and mix with juices.

Notes

Add cabbage during last hour for traditional style.
