  • 3 cups granulated sugar
  • 0.75 cup butter
  • 0.66 cup evaporated milk
  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup milk chocolate chips
  • 1 jar marshmallow creme
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Method
