Shrimp
  • 1 lb large shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 0.5 tsp oregano
  • 0.5 tsp thyme
  • 0.5 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
Assembly
  • 2 cucumbers sliced
  • 2 avocados
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tbsp cilantro chopped

Method
 

  1. Season shrimp with spices and olive oil.
  2. Cook shrimp in skillet 2–3 minutes per side.
  3. Mash avocado with lime and cilantro.
  4. Slice cucumbers into thick rounds.
  5. Top cucumber with avocado and shrimp.
