Ingredients
  

  • 12 oz pasta
  • 1 package Boursin Garlic & Fine Herbs cheese
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 0.5 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • salt and pepper to taste

Equipment

  • Large pot
  • Large pan
  • Whisk

Method
 

  1. Cook pasta and reserve pasta water.
  2. Melt butter and cook garlic.
  3. Add milk and Boursin cheese and melt.
  4. Stir in parmesan and seasoning.
  5. Add pasta and toss with sauce.

Notes

Add pasta water for extra creamy sauce.
