Ingredients
  

Burger Patties
  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 1/3 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp buffalo sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
Whipped Feta
  • 1 cup feta cheese crumbled
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
Assembly
  • 4 burger buns
  • lettuce leaves
  • tomato slices

Equipment

  • Mixing bowls
  • Skillet or grill pan
  • Food processor
  • Spatula

Method
 

  1. Mix ground chicken, breadcrumbs, egg, buffalo sauce, and spices until combined.
  2. Form into patties and flatten slightly.
  3. Cook in a skillet with olive oil for 5–6 minutes per side until fully cooked.
  4. Blend feta, yogurt, olive oil, garlic, and lemon juice until smooth.
  5. Toast buns lightly.
  6. Assemble burgers with whipped feta, lettuce, patty, and toppings.

Notes

For extra spice, add more buffalo sauce or chili flakes. Can be grilled instead of pan-cooked.
