- Mix ground chicken, breadcrumbs, egg, buffalo sauce, and spices until combined.
- Form into patties and flatten slightly.
- Cook in a skillet with olive oil for 5–6 minutes per side until fully cooked.
- Blend feta, yogurt, olive oil, garlic, and lemon juice until smooth.
- Toast buns lightly.
- Assemble burgers with whipped feta, lettuce, patty, and toppings.
Notes
For extra spice, add more buffalo sauce or chili flakes. Can be grilled instead of pan-cooked.
