  • 1 lb potato gnocchi
  • 2 cups cooked chicken shredded or diced
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 0.5 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 cup spinach optional
  • parsley for garnish

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven and grease baking dish.
  2. Cook gnocchi and set aside.
  3. Make Alfredo sauce with butter, garlic, cream, and parmesan.
  4. Add chicken, spinach, and gnocchi to sauce.
  5. Transfer to baking dish, top with mozzarella, and bake.

Notes

Add broccoli or mushrooms for extra vegetables and flavor.
