Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, mix cream of chicken soup, milk, sour cream, garlic powder, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Stir in chicken, onion, celery, and mixed vegetables until combined. Pour into baking dish.
- Combine stuffing mix and melted butter. Sprinkle evenly over casserole. Top with cheese if using.
- Bake 25–30 minutes until casserole is hot and topping is golden.
- Allow to cool 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
For a shortcut, use rotisserie chicken. Broil 2–3 minutes for an extra crisp topping.
