  • 2 bolillo rolls
  • 2 cups cooked chicken shredded
  • 1 avocado sliced
  • 1 cup lettuce shredded
  • 1 tomato sliced
  • 0.25 cup mayonnaise

Method
 

  1. Mix mayonnaise, crema, and lime juice.
  2. Toast bread until golden.
  3. Heat chicken in a skillet.
  4. Spread sauce on bread.
  5. Layer lettuce, chicken, cheese, tomato, and avocado.
  6. Close sandwich and serve.

Notes

Add jalapeƱos for extra heat.
