Ingredients
  

Filling
  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tsp ginger
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 green onions
  • salt and pepper
Wontons
  • 30-35 wonton wrappers
  • water for sealing
Sauce
  • 1/4 cup chili oil
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 clove garlic

Method
 

  1. Mix filling ingredients.
  2. Fill and seal wontons.
  3. Boil until cooked through.
  4. Mix chili sauce.
  5. Toss wontons in sauce and serve.

Notes

Freeze uncooked wontons for easy future meals. Adjust spice to taste.
