Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line a loaf pan.
- Mash bananas in a large bowl.
- Mix in melted butter and brown sugar.
- Add eggs and vanilla and mix well.
- Whisk dry ingredients separately, then combine with wet ingredients.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Pour batter into loaf pan.
- Bake 50–60 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool before slicing and serving.
Notes
Use very ripe bananas for the best sweetness and moisture.
