Oats Base
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup milk
  • 0.5 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 0.25 tsp salt
Cinnamon Swirl
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 0.5 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp butter melted
Glaze
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese softened
  • 1 tbsp Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 0.5 tsp vanilla extract

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Mix oats, milk, yogurt, maple syrup, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt.
  2. Prepare cinnamon swirl mixture.
  3. Layer oats and cinnamon mixture in jar.
  4. Refrigerate overnight.
  5. Prepare glaze and drizzle before serving.

Notes

Add glaze just before serving.
