Ingredients
  

Salad
  • 6 cups romaine lettuce chopped
  • 1 cup turkey breast sliced
  • 1 cup ham sliced
  • 3 hard-boiled eggs sliced
  • 1 cup cheddar or Swiss cheese cubed or shredded
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 cucumber sliced
  • 0.25 red onion thinly sliced
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste
Dressing
  • 0.33 cup olive oil
  • 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder

Equipment

  • Large bowl

Method
 

  1. Chop lettuce and place in a large bowl.
  2. Arrange turkey, ham, eggs, cheese, tomatoes, cucumber, and onion on top.
  3. Whisk dressing ingredients together in a small bowl.
  4. Drizzle dressing over salad before serving.
  5. Toss salad and serve immediately.

Notes

Keep dressing separate until ready to serve for best freshness.
