  • 1 cup unsalted butter softened
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice fresh
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 1 tbsp parsley chopped
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 0.5 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • 1 tsp chives
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. Soften butter at room temperature.
  2. Mix butter with garlic, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, and zest.
