Ingredients
  

Dip Base
  • 2 avocados ripe
  • 0.25 cup Greek yogurt or sour cream
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp parsley chopped
  • 1 tbsp cilantro or dill optional
  • 1 garlic clove minced
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. Cut avocados in half, remove pits, and scoop flesh into a mixing bowl or food processor.
  2. Add Greek yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Blend or mash until smooth and creamy.
  4. Stir in chopped parsley and optional herbs.
  5. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
  6. Transfer to a serving bowl and garnish with herbs or olive oil drizzle.

Notes

Serve immediately for the freshest flavor. Store leftovers in an airtight container with plastic wrap pressed on the surface.
