Main
  • 1 cup orzo
  • 2 cups butternut squash cubed
  • 2 cups vegetable broth
  • 0.5 cup cream
  • 1 cup kale chopped
  • 0.5 cup parmesan grated

Method
 

  1. Sauté onion and garlic in olive oil.
  2. Add squash and cook until slightly tender.
  3. Stir in orzo and broth, simmer until tender.
  4. Mash some squash and add cream and kale.
  5. Finish with parmesan and seasoning.
