Pasta
  • 12 oz fettuccine or penne pasta
Protein
  • 1 chicken breast sliced
  • 0.5 lb shrimp peeled and deveined
Sauce
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 0.5 cup milk
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 0.5 cup chicken broth

Method
 

  1. Cook pasta until al dente.
  2. Season chicken and shrimp with Cajun seasoning.
  3. Cook chicken, then shrimp, and set aside.
  4. Cook vegetables and garlic.
  5. Add cream, milk, broth, and Parmesan to make sauce.
  6. Return chicken and shrimp to pan.
  7. Add pasta and toss with sauce.
