  • 1 lb gnocchi
  • 2 cups cooked chicken shredded
  • 6 slices bacon cooked
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 0.5 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp green onions
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 0.5 tsp paprika

Equipment

  • Large skillet or pot

Method
 

  1. Cook bacon and set aside.
  2. Sauté garlic in bacon drippings.
  3. Add broth and gnocchi, cook until tender.
  4. Stir in cream cheese, cream, and cheddar.
  5. Add chicken and bacon, simmer and serve.
