  • 4 chicken breasts boneless skinless
  • 2 cups mushrooms sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup marsala wine
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Season chicken and optionally sear.
  2. Add chicken, mushrooms, and garlic to slow cooker.
  3. Pour in wine and broth, add butter.
  4. Cook on low 5-6 hours.
  5. Add cream and thicken if desired.

Notes

Add cream at the end to avoid curdling.
