Sauce
  • 3 jalapeños seeded
  • 0.5 cup sour cream
  • 0.33 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 0.25 cup cilantro
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 2-3 tbsp water

Method
 

  1. Blend jalapeños, garlic, lime juice, and cilantro.
  2. Add sour cream and mayonnaise and blend until smooth.
  3. Adjust consistency with water.
  4. Season with salt and chill before serving.
