Soup
  • 4 potatoes peeled and diced
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 1 onion diced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 3 cups broth
  • 1 cup cream
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded

Method
 

  1. Cook onion and garlic in butter.
  2. Add potatoes and broth, simmer.
  3. Blend partially.
  4. Add cream and cheese.
  5. Season and simmer.
