  • 4 chicken breasts boneless, skinless
  • 4-6 slices Swiss cheese
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup 10.5 oz
  • 0.5 cup sour cream
  • 0.5 cup milk
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp paprika
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1.5 cups stuffing mix dry
  • 0.5 cup butter melted

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven and grease dish.
  2. Season chicken and place in dish.
  3. Top with Swiss cheese.
  4. Mix sauce and pour over chicken.
  5. Add stuffing topping and butter.
  6. Bake 40–45 minutes until golden.
  7. Rest and serve.

Notes

Use evenly sized chicken breasts for consistent cooking.
