Ingredients
  

  • 4 medium Russet potatoes
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 0.5 tsp Garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp Onion powder
  • 0.5 tsp Oregano
  • 2 tbsp Cornstarch

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Cut potatoes into wedges.
  3. Soak potatoes in cold water for 20–30 minutes.
  4. Dry potatoes very well.
  5. Toss with cornstarch, seasoning, and oil.
  6. Place on baking sheet in single layer.
  7. Bake 35–40 minutes, flipping halfway.
  8. Serve hot with dipping sauce.

Notes

Soaking and drying the potatoes is the key to making crispy wedges. Cornstarch helps create a crispy coating.
