  • 3-4 lbs pork shoulder
  • 1 onion quartered
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 orange juiced
  • 1 lime juiced
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 0.5 cup chicken broth

Method
 

  1. Place pork in slow cooker.
  2. Add onion, garlic, citrus juices, and spices.
  3. Cook on low 8 hours or high 5–6 hours.
