- Preheat oven to 400°F and prepare a baking sheet.
- Mix almond flour, turmeric, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Whisk eggs in a separate bowl.
- Dip chicken tenders into egg then coat with turmeric mixture.
- Place coated tenders on baking sheet.
- Drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake 18–22 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Serve with lemon wedges and dipping sauce.
