Chicken
  • 1 lb chicken tenders
  • 1 cup almond flour or gluten-free breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 0.5 tsp paprika
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 lemon wedges for serving

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F and prepare a baking sheet.
  2. Mix almond flour, turmeric, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Whisk eggs in a separate bowl.
  4. Dip chicken tenders into egg then coat with turmeric mixture.
  5. Place coated tenders on baking sheet.
  6. Drizzle with olive oil.
  7. Bake 18–22 minutes, flipping halfway.
  8. Serve with lemon wedges and dipping sauce.
