Ingredients
  

Turkey
  • 5 lb turkey breast boneless or bone-in
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter softened
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • 1 tsp rosemary
  • 0.5 tsp onion powder
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Method
 

  1. Pat turkey dry and prepare herb butter mixture.
  2. Rub butter mixture evenly over turkey.
  3. Add broth and lemon juice to crockpot.
  4. Place turkey inside and cook on low for 5–6 hours.
  5. Check internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  6. Optional: broil for crispy skin.
  7. Rest, slice, and serve.
