  • 2 cans baked beans
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Sauté onion in olive oil until soft, then add garlic.
  3. Stir in sugar, ketchup, mustard, and spices.
  4. Add canned beans and mix well.
  5. Transfer to baking dish and bake for 25–30 minutes.
  6. Serve warm.
