Ingredients
  

Snow Skin Dough
  • 1 cup glutinous rice flour
  • 0.25 cup rice flour
  • 0.25 cup cornstarch
  • 0.5 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp matcha powder

Equipment

  • Steamer
  • Mixing bowl
  • Mooncake mold

Method
 

  1. Mix all dough ingredients until smooth.
  2. Strain and steam mixture for 20 minutes.
  3. Cool and knead dough until smooth.
  4. Wrap dough around filling and mold.
  5. Chill before serving.

Notes

Dust with cornstarch to prevent sticking.
