  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp ginger grated
  • 0.5 cup orange juice fresh
  • 1 tbsp orange zest
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp water

Method
 

  1. Whisk together orange juice, zest, soy sauce, honey, and vinegar.
  2. Cook ground chicken in skillet until browned.
  3. Add garlic and ginger, cook until fragrant.

  5. Add cornstarch slurry and cook until thickened.
  6. Garnish and serve over rice.
