Ingredients
  

Main
  • 2-3 lbs country style pork ribs
  • 1.5 cups BBQ sauce
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 0.5 tsp onion powder
  • salt and pepper to taste

  • Aluminum foil

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 300°F.
  2. Season ribs and place in dish.
  3. Cover with foil and bake 2–2½ hours.
  4. Remove foil, add BBQ sauce.
  5. Bake uncovered at 400°F until caramelized.
  6. Rest and serve.

Notes

Cook low and slow for best tenderness.
