  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 0.5 tsp oregano
  • 0.25 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. Blend cottage cheese until smooth.
  2. Mix blended cottage cheese with eggs, mozzarella, Parmesan, and spices.

Notes
