Pork Chops
  • 4 pork chops bone-in or boneless
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 0.5 tsp paprika
  • 0.5 tsp dried thyme or rosemary
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice optional

Method
 

  1. Bring pork chops to room temperature and pat dry.
  2. Season with salt, pepper, paprika, and thyme.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Sear pork chops for 4–5 minutes per side.
  5. Add butter and garlic, then spoon butter over pork chops.
  6. Cook until internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
  7. Rest for 5 minutes, then garnish with parsley and lemon juice.

Notes

Use thick pork chops for best results and avoid overcooking to keep them juicy.
