  • 1 lb carrots
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 tbsp parsley
  • 1 tsp thyme

Method
 

  1. Boil carrots until tender.
  2. Sauté garlic in butter.
  3. Add carrots and toss.
  4. Add herbs and seasoning.
  5. Serve warm.

Notes

Add honey for a sweeter glaze if desired.
