Ingredients
  

Lamb
  • 8 lamb chops
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp fresh rosemary chopped
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 0.5 cup white wine
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice optional

Method
 

  1. Season lamb chops with salt, pepper, and rosemary.
  2. Heat olive oil and sear lamb chops 3–4 minutes per side.
  3. Remove lamb and add butter and garlic to pan.
  4. Add white wine and simmer until reduced.
  5. Return lamb chops to pan and spoon sauce over.

Notes

Cook lamb to medium-rare for best tenderness. Let rest before serving.
