  • 2 lbs potatoes thinly sliced
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 cup cheese

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Heat butter and garlic, then stir in milk and yogurt.
  3. Layer potatoes with sauce and cheese.
  4. Bake covered 30 minutes, then uncovered 20–25 minutes.

Notes

Do not boil yogurt mixture to prevent curdling.
