- Pat chicken dry. Mix olive oil, lime juice, lime zest, garlic, smoked paprika, cumin, chili flakes, salt, and pepper. Rub over chicken and marinate 15 min.
- Preheat grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Lightly oil grates.
- Grill chicken 6–7 min per side until internal temp reaches 165°F (74°C). Let rest 5 min.
- Slice avocados and drizzle with lime juice to prevent browning.
- Slice chicken and arrange on plate. Top with avocado slices and sprinkle cilantro.
- Optional: serve with lime wedges and preferred sides.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
Can prepare chicken up to 2 hours ahead for extra flavor. Serve with roasted vegetables or salad for complete meal.
