- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a pie dish.
- Mix hash browns, melted butter, salt, and pepper, then press into the pie dish to form a crust.
- Bake the crust for 20–25 minutes until crispy and golden.
- Whisk eggs, milk, heavy cream, salt, and pepper.
- Stir in cheddar cheese, bacon, and green onions.
- Pour filling into crust and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30–35 minutes.
- Cool slightly before slicing and serving.
