Lasagna
  • 9 lasagna noodles
  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1.5 cups roasted Hatch green chiles chopped
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1 cup Monterey Jack cheese shredded

Method
