  • 2 cans tuna drained
  • 0.33 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise optional
  • 1 celery stalk chopped
  • 2 tbsp red onion chopped
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp parsley or dill chopped

Method
 

  1. Drain tuna and place in bowl.
  2. Add yogurt, mayo, lemon juice, and mustard.
  3. Add vegetables and seasoning.
  4. Mix until creamy and combined.
  5. Serve immediately or chill before serving.
