Base
  • 2 cups egg whites
  • 0.5 cup spinach chopped
  • 0.5 cup bell peppers diced
  • 0.33 cup low-fat cheese
  • 0.25 cup onions optional
  • 0.25 cup turkey bacon optional
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a muffin tin.
  2. Chop vegetables into small pieces.
  3. Whisk egg whites with seasoning.
  4. Mix in vegetables, cheese, and optional protein.
  5. Pour into muffin tin and bake 18–22 minutes.
  6. Cool slightly, remove, and serve.
